For clients: step by step

   Create an account and log in

   Register with your email and a password. Your projects and files are private: only you and our team can see them.

   Choose a service and send a brief

   Choose a service and answer a few short questions. For some questions you can pick several answers (for example front, back and sleeve). Add reference images and a note, then send. You can go back and change your answers before sending.

   You receive a quote

   Our team reviews the brief and sends a quote: price, number of included revisions and delivery time. You are notified by email. If anything is unclear, ask in the messages before you accept.

   Accept the quote and pay

   Choose how to pay: 50% upfront (the rest before the final files are delivered) or 100% right away. Domestic clients pay by bank transfer (with a pro-forma invoice and IPS QR code), foreign clients via PayPal. Once the payment arrives we record it and start working.

   Review the draft

   We post work images in versions (V1, V2…). If a version has several images, pick them with the thumbnails below the large image. You get an email as soon as a draft is ready.

   Send changes (revisions)

   Click directly on the part of the image you want changed and write what. You can add several marks, a general comment and new reference images. Each round of changes uses one revision from the quote. New versions arrive in the same portal.

   Approve the design

   When you are happy, click “Approve version”.

   Download the final files

   Final files (JPG, PNG, PSD, AI and other formats) unlock once the design is approved, the payment is complete and the studio releases them (we will notify you). You download them from the right side of the project.

   Rate the collaboration

   At the end you can leave a rating and a comment. Thank you!

Good to know

• Messages. In every project you can write messages at any time. You get replies by email.
• Deleting a project. You can delete a project yourself until a payment is made. After that, message us.
• File formats. You can upload references as JPG, PNG, WEBP or PDF.
• Language and theme. At the top right you choose Serbian or English, and a light or dark theme.
• Emails not arriving? Check your Spam folder and mark messages from the portal as “Not spam”.
